Conditions are favourable for India in Champions Trophy: Cummins

Australia captain Pat Cummins believes that it would be a "huge advantage" for India to play all matches in Dubai in the 2025 Champions Trophy . While other teams have to travel between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the hybrid model, India is playing all games in a single venue. India's advantage of playing in one venue is that the Rohit Sharma-led team is playing all its matches in Dubai. Other teams are travelling between Pakistan and the UAE to play matches. The stable weather, familiar pitch & venue are the things that India will benefit from. India has already reached the semi-finals with two wins. India's refusal to play in Pakistan Despite Pakistan having the hosting rights for the Champions Trophy,India's security reasonsThe decision was made to deliberately refuse to play there. This led to the introduction of a hybrid model, under which some teams would play their matches in Pakistan, while India would play all their matches in Dubai. Cummins believes that this decision has created favorable conditions for India.
